TREATMENT FEES
Fees for all services are due at the end of each session.
Fees vary according to the type and length of service:
Intake Evaluation: $307.00
Psychotherapy 45 minutes: $185.00
Psychotherapy 60 minutes: $205.00
Consultation (per) 60 minutes: $205.00
Please contact me to inquire about the process of initiating treatment and the fees associated with psychotherapy and evaluations.
Payments may be made by cash, check or select credit cards. All payments will be managed in a discreet and confidential manner.
INSURANCE
I am considered an out-of-network provider. Depending upon your insurance company and plan, your insurance company may partially or fully reimburse you for out-of-network treatment expenses. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network, behavioral health or mental health outpatient (therapy) office visits. I will provide you with all necessary documents, and will guide you through the claiming process, so that you will be able to properly submit them to your insurance claims department.
